Location of the accommodation
In the Fashion Street of Budapest, a nice walking street with elegant boutiques. The metro stop, Deák square where all three lines meet is 1 minute walk away. The main shopping street, Vaci utca is reachable within 3 minutes.
The apartment
Brand new renovated and furnished apartment on the 2nd floor of a well-maintained residential buliding. The bedroom has a doublebed. In the livingroom there is a TV corner and sofabed for 2 persons. The apartment has a dining room, a separate kitchen with modern furniture, equipped with cooking utensils, bathroom with tub/shower, washingmachine and toilette.

The prices are in EURO containing the daily rent of the apartment, cleaning, linen and towels. VAT and tourist tax are also included. Minimum 2 nights stay is required.
The minimum stay is 4 nights at New Year's, Easter and Formula 1 (29th July to 1st August 2010). During the Sziget Festival the minimum stay is 5 nights.
Within 48 hours before arrival no alterations are accepted. In case of cancellation within 48 hours before arrival or no show, the price of the first night is charged.
Renting conditions
Payment is on arrival in cash, unfortunately no credit cards are accepted. In case of booking this apartment a deposit of one night in cash is required (payable upon arrival), which will be returned to you upon leaving, if no damage was made in the furniture, etc. The price contains cleaning, linen and towels as well. Cleaning takes place weekly, if you are staying longer and wish to have the apartment cleaned more frequently, this can be arranged for an extra 3000 HUF/occassion.
Picking up the key
A representative will wait for you at the apartment at the previously agreed time. We will provide you a standby phone number in case of delays or other unforseen events.
Children policy
High season (1st April to 1st November & 22th December to 2nd January): children under age 2 stay free of charge. Between 2 and 12 years 7 EUR/night is charged. Over 12 years full price is to be paid. Low season (1st November to 1st March): children under age 12 stay free of charge. Over 12 years full price is to be paid.
