Location
The apartments can be found in a newly built residential building with elevator. The small side street is between Andrássy Avenue and Kiraly utca and has little traffic. Deak square with all 3 metro lines can be reached in 5 minutes on foot.
Apartments
One-bedroom apartment (45-55 m2):
1 bedroom with double bed, living room with a sofa (which can be opened as a double bed), kitchen, bathroom, separate toilet and balcony.
Two-bedroom apartment (75-80 m2):
2 bedrooms with double bed, living room with a sofa (which can be opened as a double bed), kitchen, 2 bathrooms (one with separate toilette), wardrobe and balcony.
All apartments have: air condition, cable TV with international channels, bedclothes, iron, ironing board, balcony. DVD player and films are available upon request, against a deposit. Mobile internet for extra fee (10 EUR).
The kitchens are equipped with: modern furniture, fridge,
microwave, dishwasher, electric oven, toaster, electric kettle, glass and chinaware, cutlery sets, dishes.

The prices are in EURO containing the daily rent of the apartment, cleaning, linen and towels.
VAT and tourist tax are also included.
The minimum stay is 3 nights at New Year's Eve and Pentecost (20-23rd May), 4 nights at Easter (1-5th April) and Formula 1 (29th July to 1st August 2010).
During the Sziget Festival (9-16th August) the minimum stay is 5 nights.
Within 48 hours before arrival no alterations are accepted. In case of cancellation within 48 hours before arrival or no show, the price of the first night is charged.
Picking-up the key
The key can be picked up at the Hunguest Hotels Partner Office from 9 - 17, that is located on the ground floor of the house. Beyond office hours a representative waits for you at the previously agreed time to hand over the keys. We will provide you a standby phone number in case of delays or other unforseen events.
Children policy
Children under age 2 stay free of charge. Between 2 and 8 years 50% of the normal price is charged.
Booking conditions
Payment is on arrival in cash, unfortunately no credit cards are accepted. The price contains cleaning, linen and towels as well. Cleaning takes place on every 5th day.
