Location
The apartments are located in the downtown, inner 7th District, near Blaha Lujza square. Many tourist attractions are just for a few minutes walk from the apartments, e.g.: State Opera House, Europe biggest Synagogue, and Liszt Ference Square (Great restaurants and cafes). Blaha Lujza ter is a key traffic junction, only 2 minutes away from the apartment wit tram stop (line 4-6), Metro station (M2-red line), and bus stops (7, 173, 78, etc.).
The apartments
Studio: 33 m2, sleeps up to 3 people, one room with pullout sofabed. Extra bed on request.
One-bedroom: 55m2, two rooms, queen size doublebed in bedroom, pullout double sofabed in the living room. Extra bed on request.
Two-bedroom: There are 3 two bedroom apartments of 73 m2 in size. One apartment sleeps up to 6 persons, there are two separate bedrooms with one double bed in each. One livingroom with pull out sofa bed functioning as a double bed. There is a separate extra toilette.
In all apartments there is a cable TV with international channels, the kitchen corner is fully equipped, with microwave oven, electric kettle, plates, cutlery, etc.
The bathroom has bath tub, WC, washing machine, hair dryer.
All of the flats are fully furnished, clean bed sheets and towels are provided.

The house itself is a new building was built in 2006. There are 2 elevators in the house and a nice inner garden.
There is a 24 hrs security service in the apartment house next to the main entrance.

24 hrs underground garage ( guarded ) for 12 EUR/day ( NOT included in the accommodation fee )

Renting conditions
Payment is on arrival in cash, unfortunately no credit cards are accepted. In case of booking this apartment a deposit of one night in cash is required (payable upon arrival), which will be returned to you upon leaving, if no damage was made in the furniture, etc. The price contains cleaning, linen and towels as well. Cleaning takes place weekly, if you are staying longer and wish to have the apartment cleaned more frequently, this can be arranged for an extra 3000 HUF/occassion.
Picking up the key
A representative will wait for you at the apartment at the previously agreed time. We will provide you a standby phone number in case of delays or other unforseen events.
Children policy
Children under 6 stay free of charge.
