The apartment can be found in a silent side street, paralell with Váci utca. Many restaurants, pubs, cafés are within walking distance. The major sights Váci utca, Gellért bath, Central Market Hall, Danube promanede can be reached by a short stroll.

It can be found on the 3rd floor of a well maintained residential builing with elevator. Huge livingroom with two sofas, elegant bedroom with a double bed and a small workroom with a single bed. Suitable for up to 5 persons. There is a well equipped kitchen, a dining room, a small balcony and a bathroom with bathtub.

The prices are in EURO containing the daily rent of the apartment, cleaning, linen and towels. VAT and tourist tax are also included. Minimum 2 nights stay is required.
The minimum stay is 4 nights at New Year's, Easter and Formula 1 (31st July to 4th August 2008) and 5 nights during the Sziget Festival 12th to 18th August 2008.
Within 48 hours before arrival no alterations are accepted. In case of cancellation within 48 hours before arrival or no show, the price of the first night is charged.
Renting conditions
Payment is on arrival in cash, unfortunately no credit cards are accepted. In case of booking this apartment a deposit of one night in cash is required (payable upon arrival), which will be returned to you upon leaving, if no damage was made in the furniture, etc. The price contains cleaning, linen and towels as well. Cleaning takes place weekly, if you are staying longer and wish to have the apartment cleaned more frequently, this can be arranged for an extra 3000 HUF/occassion.
Picking-up the key
A representative will wait for you at the apartment at the previously agreed time. We will provide you a standby phone number in case of delays or other unforseen events.
Children policy
High season (1st April to 1st November & 22th December to 2nd January): children under age 2 stay free of charge. Between 2 and 12 years 7 EUR/night is charged. Above 12 years full price is to be paid. Low season (1st November to 1st March): children under age 12 stay free of charge. Above 12 years full price is to be paid.
