Veres Pálné utca is parallel with the main walking street, Vaci utca. There are plenty of restaurants, cafés and shops nearby. The flat faces a nice green inner yard. The location is absolutely downtown, many attractions can be reached on foot, such as the Danube Promenade, the Liberty Bridge, Gellert bath, National Museum, Central Market Hall, Chainbridge, etc. Public transport connections are great, within 5 minutes you can reach several trams, buses and underground (blue line).

The apartment

Freshly renovated and furnished modern apartment on the 4th floor of a nice residential building. Bright and spacious. There is a livingroom with TV corner and a convertible sofa for 1 person. The main bedroom has a large double bed and a huge wardrobe. The second bedroom is somewhat smaller and also has a double bed. The two bedrooms are totally separated. The kitchen is fully equipped with fridge, oven, microwave, washing mashine, dishwasher, electric kettle and toaster.
The tastefully refurbished bathroom has shower.

The prices are in EURO containing the daily rent of the apartment, cleaning, linen and towels. VAT and tourist tax are also included. Minimum 2 nights stay is required.
The minimum stay is 4 nights at New Year's, Easter and Formula 1 (31st July to 4th August 2008) and 5 nights during the Sziget Festival 12th to 18th August 2008.
Within 48 hours before arrival no alterations are accepted. In case of cancellation within 48 hours before arrival or no show, the price of the first night is charged.

Renting conditions

Payment is on arrival in cash, unfortunately no credit cards are accepted. In case of booking this apartment a deposit of one night in cash is required (payable upon arrival), which will be returned to you upon leaving, if no damage was made in the furniture, etc. The price contains cleaning, linen and towels as well. Cleaning takes place weekly, if you are staying longer and wish to have the apartment cleaned more frequently, this can be arranged for an extra 3000 HUF/occassion.
