The apartment can be found next to Vörösmarty square, the Vaci utca and the famous Gerbeaud café are only a few steps away. You can find the Central Market Hall, the Danube Promenade, the Chainbridge, the Basilica and Deák sq. also within walking distance.

The apartment

It is on the first floor of a residential building. On 60 sqm there are two rooms, a bathroom and an equipped kitchen. In the bedroom there is cosy sleeping loft with a doublebed. In the living room a convertible sofa for 2 persons can be found. The bathroom has toilet and shower.

Parking and public transport

There is a public garage at the Basilika, which is only 2 minutes away, otherwise parking is at the street with a valid parking ticket.
Deak square is also within walking distance, so you can easily reach all the 3 metrolines.

The prices are in EURO containing the daily rent of the apartment, cleaning, linen and towels. VAT and tourist tax are also included. Minimum 2 nights stay is required.
The minimum stay is 4 nights at New Year's, Easter and Formula 1 period (29th July to 1st August 2010). During the Sziget Festival the minimum stay is 5 nights.
Within 48 hours before arrival no alterations are accepted. In case of cancellation within 48 hours before arrival or no show, the price of the first night is charged.

Renting conditions

Payment is on arrival in cash, unfortunately no credit cards are accepted. In case of booking this apartment a deposit of one night in cash is required (payable upon arrival), which will be returned to you upon leaving, if no damage was made in the furniture, etc. The price contains cleaning, linen and towels as well. Cleaning takes place weekly, if you are staying longer and wish to have the apartment cleaned more frequently, this can be arranged for an extra 3000 HUF/occassion.

Picking up the keys

A representative will wait for you at the apartment at the previously agreed time. We will provide you a standby phone number in case of delays or other unforseen events.

Children policy

High season (1st April to 1st November & 22th December to 2nd January): children under age 2 stay free of charge. Between 2 and 12 years 7 EUR/night is charged. Above 12 years full price is to be paid. Low season (1st November to 1st March): children under age 12 stay free of charge. Above 12 years full price is to be paid.
