Location
The apartment is close to the popular and fashionable Szt.István Boulevard and to the Margaret Island, the Margaret Bridge, the Hungarian Parliament and the government district, the Western Railway Station (Nyugati pu.), the Westend City Center and the famous Budapest Boulevards with many shops and coffee-houses. The boat station for Sziget is only 5 minutes walk away.
The apartment
It is a renovated, completely furnished, modern flat with young atmosphere. It has two separated bedrooms, and one of them has its own bathroom. The bedrooms have double beds. The living room is furnished with a comfortable sofa and has balcony as well. The kitchen is completely equipped, and it has a cosy dining area.

Renting conditions
The owner of this apartment requires a pre-payment of 1 night fee, this can be paid by Pay Pal or money transfer once your booking is confirmed. The rest of the payment is due upon arrival in cash or by credit card.
Upon arrival a deposit of 100 EUR is required, which will be returned to you upon leaving, if no damage was made in the furniture, etc.
The price contains cleaning, linen and towels as well. Cleaning takes place weekly, if you are staying longer and wish to have the apartment cleaned more frequently, this can be arranged for an extra charge.
Picking-up the key
The key can be picked up in the customer service office in Paulay Ede utca (near Deak square).
Upon request an airport pick-up is bookable, that takes you to the office first, waits until you pick-up the keys and do the administration and then takes you to the apartment. Prices: 27 EUR for 1-4 persons, 40 EUR for 5-6 persons.
