Location

The modern and fully furnished apartments are located within a few steps away from the Great Synagogue and a few minutes walk of the main pedestrian area. They are ideally situated for both business and leisure travellers and provide a perfect central point from which to explore Budapest. Access to all areas is extremely easy as two underground stations (Astoria and Deak ter) serve this district.

Apartments

The apartments provide ample space, and have been furnished with only high quality amenities with your needs in mind. The fully equipped open-plan kitchens contain ceramic hob, oven, fridge with freezer, dishwasher, coffee machine, kettle, toaster, crockery, cutlery, glassware and utensils.

Studio: doublebed, dining table.

One-bedroom: a double bed in the bedroom and a convertible bed in the living room. (nr. 4 does not have air-condition).

Two-bedroom: a double bed in the main bedroom, 3 separate beds in the second bedroom and a convertible bed in the living room (for max 6 persons).

All bedsheets, towels, soap, toilet and cleaning papers are provided for the guests.

There are more apartments located in the same building allowing couples or smaller groups to stay close by but not necessarily in the same apartment.

The prices are in EURO containing the daily rent of the apartment, cleaning, linen and towels.
VAT and tourist tax are also included.
Minimum stay is 2 nights, at New Year's Eve and Formula 1 period (31st July to 4th August 2008) minimum 3 nights stay required. Formula 1 Grand Prix period has different prices.

Within 48 hours before arrival no alterations are accepted. In case of cancellation within 48 hours before arrival or no show, the price of the first night is charged.

Renting conditions

Unfortunately no credit cards or travellers cheques are accepted, only cash payment upon arrival. Cleaning is available upon request for extra charge only (2500 HUF/occasion), unless you stay min. 7 nights. Late check-in is possible, and we are also able to store your bags before check-in or after check-out.

Children policy

Children under 6 years old stay free of charge and children 6-12 years old can stay for 5 EUR/night.
