Pest side, near Margaret bridge at the Grand Boulevard (Szt Istvan Korut). Close to the Westend City Centre and the Western Railway Station (Nyugati pályaudvar). Ship to Sziget Festival is only a few steps away. Excellent public transport connections, trams no. 4, 6 and 2, 2A and buses no. 15, 206, 109, 91, 191, etc. and several night buses. Underground nr 3 is a short walk away.
The apartment
Spacious, bright, comfortable and well equipped 3 rooms (2 bedrooms) apartment located in a quiet building on Szt. István Boulevard. The two separated and comfortable bedrooms have doublebeds. The American style kitchen is completely equipped. The living-room has pleasant atmosphere, a nice dining-area and 2 large convertible sofas.

Renting conditions
The owner of this apartment requires a pre-payment of 1 night fee, this can be paid by Pay Pal or money transfer once your booking is confirmed. The rest of the payment is due upon arrival in cash or by credit card.
Upon arrival a deposit of 100 EUR is required, which will be returned to you upon leaving, if no damage was made in the furniture, etc.
The price contains cleaning, linen and towels as well. Cleaning takes place weekly, if you are staying longer and wish to have the apartment cleaned more frequently, this can be arranged for an extra charge.
Key pickup
The key can be picked up in the customer service office in Paulay Ede utca (near Deak square).
Upon request an airport pick-up is bookable, that takes you to the office first, waits until you pick-up the keys and do the administration and then takes you to the apartment. Prices: 27 EUR for 1-4 persons, 40 EUR for 5-6 persons.
