The apartment is located at the end of Váci utca, close to the Liberty bridge and the historical building of the Central Market Hall. The shops and restaurants of Váci utca are right at the door, the Gellert bath, Gellert hill are within easy reach. Most tourist attractions are close by.

The apartment

The apartment is located on the 4th floor of a renovated traditional residential building. The flat is fully renovated, the furniture is tasteful and exclusive. In the bedroom there is a double bed, in the living room a convertible sofa for 2 persons. In the bathroom there is a large bathtub and washing machine. The kitchen is well equipped, there is an electric stove and a dishwasher.

The prices are in EURO containing the daily rent of the apartment, cleaning, linen and towels. VAT and tourist tax are also included. Minimum 2 nights stay is required. The minimum stay is 4 nights at New Year's, Easter and Formula 1 (2nd to 6th August 2007).
Within 48 hours before arrival no alterations are accepted. In case of cancellation within 48 hours before arrival or no show, the price of the first night is charged.

Children policy

High season (1st April to 1st November & 22th December to 2nd January): children under age 2 stay free of charge. Between 2 and 12 years 7 EUR/night is charged. Above 12 years full price is to be paid. Low season (1st November to 1st March): children under age 12 stay free of charge. Above 12 years full price is to be paid.

Renting conditions

Payment is on arrival in cash, unfortunately no credit cards are accepted. In case of booking this apartment a deposit of one night in cash is required (payable upon arrival), which will be returned to you upon leaving, if no damage was made in the furniture, etc. The price contains cleaning, linen and towels as well. Cleaning takes place weekly, if you are staying longer and wish to have the apartment cleaned more frequently, this can be arranged for an extra 3000 HUF/occassion.
