Location
The apartment located in the heart of the city in the neighbourhood of the Váci utca (pedestrian shopping street), the Duna Corso (Danube Embankment), the Erzsébet Bridge and the beautiful Vásárcsarnok (Central Market Hall), the Jewish Quarter, Erzsébetváros with the famous Synagogue, coffee houses, restaurants, theatres, pubs, and fancy music clubs.
The apartment
The two separated bedrooms have double beds. The kitchen is completely equipped and connected with a nice modern dining area.

Bedroom 1: double bed, night tables with lamps, wardrobe, chest of drawers, armchair

Kitchen: completely equipped with fridge, gas oven, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, cutlery set, dishes
Dining-area: dining table with 6 chairs, buffet-table, chest of drawers
Bathroom: shower, sink, hairdryer, washing machine
Others: clean and fresh sheets, duvet covers, pillow cases and 2 different size of towels for each guest, iron.

Renting conditions
The owner of this apartment requires a pre-payment of 1 night fee, this can be paid by Pay Pal or money transfer once your booking is confirmed. The rest of the payment is due upon arrival in cash or by credit card.
Upon arrival a deposit of 100 EUR is required, which will be returned to you upon leaving, if no damage was made in the furniture, etc.
The price contains cleaning, linen and towels as well. Cleaning takes place weekly, if you are staying longer and wish to have the apartment cleaned more frequently, this can be arranged for an extra charge.
Picking-up the key
The key can be picked up in the customer service office in Paulay Ede utca nr. 8. (near Deak square).
Upon request an airport pick-up is bookable, that takes you to the office first, waits until you pick-up the keys and do the administration and then takes you to the apartment. Prices: 27 EUR for 1-4 persons, 40 EUR for 5-6 persons, 45 EUR for 7-8 persons.
