Location
Váci utca is the most well known pedestrian street, located in the heart of the city. All key tourist attractions are within easy reach. The Danube is only a short walk away. Public transport connections are excellent, underground nr. 3 (blue line), bus nr. 7 and tram nr. 2 stop nearby.
The apartment
The flat is a 45 sqm two-room fully renovated modern apartment. In one of the rooms there is a doublebed and the other room has a convertible sofabed for 2. The kitchen is well equipped, the bathroom has shower. There is microwave and washingmachine in the apartment. The flat is air-conditioned and offers broadband internet for the guests.
Renting conditions
Payment is on arrival in cash, unfortunately no credit cards are accepted. In case of booking this apartment a deposit of two nights in cash is required (payable upon arrival), which will be returned to you upon leaving, if no damage was made in the furniture, etc. The price contains cleaning, linen and towels as well. Cleaning takes place weekly, if you are staying longer and wish to have the apartment cleaned more frequently, this can be arranged for an extra 3000 HUF/occassion.

The prices are in EURO containing the daily rent of the apartment, cleaning, linen and towels.
VAT and tourist tax are also included. Minimum 2 nights stay is required.
The minimum stay is 4 nights at New Year's, Easter and Formula 1 (31st July to 4th August 2008).
Within 48 hours before arrival no alterations are accepted. In case of cancellation within 48 hours before arrival or no show, the price of the first night is charged.
Picking up the keys
A representative will wait for you at the apartment at the previously agreed time. We will provide you a standby phone number in case of delays or other unforseen events.
