The hotel
It is situated in a nicely renovated turn-of-the century neoclassical style building, close to the Danube bank at the Elizabeth Bridge. The location of the hotel is absolutely central, next to Váci utca, the main shopping street.
Guest rooms
85 rooms some of them airconditioned, all equipped with telephone, radio, color Tv, Pay Tv and bathroom with shower. Some rooms have balcony as well. Connecting rooms are available on request. There are double rooms with king size bed and twin beds as well. The apartments have two rooms, a bedroom with a doublebed and a living room with a convertible bed for two.
Restaurant Mátyás Pince
It was opened in 1904 and today is a protected historic building. Guests can enjoy traditional Hungarian cuisine and the wines of historical wine regions, while listening to the Gypsy music of the Lakatos dynasty playing all day.
