Location
The hotel is situated in the calm and picturesque surroundings of Margaret Island, yet in the heart of Budapest. Only minutes away from the centre of the capital, it is literally an island of relaxation. The island, which stretches for 4 kilometres, is a protected leafy Botanical parkland with ancient trees, a Japanese Garden, a Rose Garden, an open-air stage, walking and jogging tracks. Bicycles, horses, carts and electric buggies can be hired to help you get around.
Guest rooms
All rooms have bath, individually controlled air-conditioning, colour satellite TV, Pay-TV, direct dial telephone, in-room safe, minibar, coffee/tea-maker, in some rooms there is a balcony overlooking either the Danube or the beautiful park, 220 V electric current. Non-smoking and connecting rooms, as well as rooms for the disabled are available.

Breakfast 15 EUR/person/day is not included. All rates are in EURO.
Special conditions apply during the Formula 1 championship (29th July to 1st August 2010.),
and New Year's Eve.

Cancellation and children policy
In case of cancellation within 48 hours before arrival 50% of the price of the first night is charged.
If you fail to show up or your cancellation is within 24 hours of arrival the price of the first night is charged.
Under age 12 one child can stay free in the room of the parents. In case of a family arriving with more than one child under 12 years instead of two double rooms the price of two single rooms is to be paid.
Fitness and wellness
The Margaret Island Health Spa has recently been renovated. It has a view over the park, and it has been designed with natural colours and light to enhance its island setting. The facilities include:
newly designed pool area with both indoor (18 x 9m 27ºC) and outdoor pools (11 x 5m 30ºC), sun terrace, whirlpool (8 x 5m 34ºC), Jacuzzi, thermal bath (8 x 8m 38ºC), medical gymnastics, thermal bath (5 x 4m 33ºC), sauna, steam, aroma cabin and solarium. Complete medical section with diagnostics, balneotherapy, hydrotherapy, physiotherapy, mud packing, electrotherapy, inhalation, Kneipp Therapy Centre.

Danubius Premier - 400 sq. metres fitness facility, 35 exercise stations, 2 aerobic rooms
