The residence
A former office building in the heart of the downtown, which was harmoniously converted to an elegant apartmenthotel. It offers 38 apartments of various sizes and layouts. The prestigous Andrássy Avenue, Oktogon square the major transport hub, the West End business district can be reached within minutes.
The apartments
Standard one bedroom:
Separate bedroom with doublebed, livingroom area with CD and DVD player, colour Tv with satellite programs. Kitchen with cooking utensils, coffee machine, toaster, oven and microwave oven.
Superior one bedroom:
Same equipment, 47 squaremetres in size.
Large superior one bedroom:
Same equipment, 55 squaremetres in size.
Delux one bedroom:
Same equipment, 65 squaremetres in size. There is a large fridge and a dishwasher in the kitchen.
Delux two bedrooms:
Two bedrooms both with doublebed and private bathroom. Common livingroom, dining area and kitchen with dishwasher and washingmachine.
Delux three bedrooms:
Three bedrooms with doublebed and private bathroom. Common livingroom, dining area and kitchen with dishwasher and washingmachine.
Amenities
Izabella Residence offers you the freedom of your home but if you prefer to be served as in a hotel you have the choice. Breakfast and roomservice are available in the apartments on request, business facilities such as fax, printer, copier and meeting rooms also can be found. You can take advantage of the in-house Leisure Club offering gym, biliards, bar, sauna and massage.

Cancellation policy
Within 48 hours before arrival no alterations are accepted. In case of cancellation within 48 hours before arrival or no show the price of the first night is charged.
