Location
Opera Residence is situated in the heart of Budapest. Just a few minutes walk from all cultural assets and entertainment opportunities as well as the most famous city sights like Andrássy Avenue that has been declared part of World heritage, Váci Street, the Opera House and the Academy of Music. Lots of theatres, museums, exclusive bars, restaurants and places of amusement are within arm's reach.
The apartments
Studios: have a sofa which can be opened as a double bed and on request an extra bed can be added.
One-bedroom apartments: have a big living room and a bedroom with a king size bed and a wardrobe on 62 m2. The living room has a sofa - can be opened as a double bed. In this way one apartment can sleep 4 people. The toilet and the bathroom are separated.
Kitchen: microwave, fridge,hot plate with oven, toaster, electric kettle, glass and chinaware, cutlery sets, dishes.
Bathroom: washing machine, hair dryer, iron and ironing board, bath tub with shower, towels.
Room: TV with international chanels, WiFi Internet, DVD player, smoking table, wardrobe, king size bed, extra bed available, night table, standing lamp, all the beddings.

The prices are in EURO containing the daily rent of the apartment, cleaning, linen and towels.
VAT and tourist tax are also included. Minimum 3 nights stay is required.
The minimum stay is 4 nights at New Year's, Easter and Formula 1 (31st July to 4th August 2008).
Within 48 hours before arrival no alterations are accepted. In case of cancellation within 48 hours before arrival or no show, the price of the first night is charged.
Renting conditions
Payment is on arrival in cash, unfortunately no credit cards are accepted. In case of booking this apartment a deposit of one night in cash is required (payable upon arrival), which will be returned to you upon leaving, if no damage was made in the furniture, etc. The price contains cleaning, linen and towels as well. Cleaning takes place weekly, if you are staying longer and wish to have the apartment cleaned more frequently, this can be arranged for an extra 3000 HUF/occassion.
Picking-up the key
A representative will wait for you at the apartment at the previously agreed time. We will provide you a standby phone number in case of delays or other unforseen events.
Children policy
Under age 12 children stay for free.
