Long term apartment rental in Budapest

The 'long term' rental period is usually minimum 6 months, but some flats can be rented for a minimum term of 1 year or 3 months as well.

The deposit is usually 2-3 month's rental fee which is returned at the end of the contract (if no damage or loss incures).

Payment of the rental fee is due monthly in advance. The rental fee does not include overhead expenses (electricity, water, drainage, heating, etc.).
